EXCHANGE/REFUND POLICY
If you are not satisfied with your item, you are welcome to exchange it for another item of equal value in our shop, you must pay the shipping fee. Exchange of an item must be within 7 days of purchase. To do so, please email us at tiltedartist@gmail.com.
**On exchange items, safe packaging and return postage are the responsibility of the buyer. Items must be in their original condition.**

SHIPPING - IMPORTANT INFORMATION
We ship our orders Canada Post which DOES NOT provide a tracking number.
ONCE PURCHASED, CURRENT PROCESSING TIME IS 1-2 BUSINESS DAYS. When your item is shipped you will receive an email from us indicating the shipping date.
Please understand that once an item is shipped we do not have any control over the package. We cannot be responsible for delays due to the Postal Service or Customs Office.
Please remember that the Covid-19 pandemic may slow the delivery time due to increased safety requirements. We thank you for your understanding and patience and we appreciate it.


CANADA: Items shipped in Canada usually arrive between 3 to 10 business days, depending on location but it is not guaranteed and it may take longer.
USA: Items shipped to USA usually arrive between 5 to 15 business days, depending on your location and Customs.
PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE NEGATIVE FEEDBACK ON OUR ACCOUNT OR SOCIAL MEDIA due to postal errors/delays or Customs delays as we do not have control over this.
We are not responsible for damaged, lost or stolen items, post office and/or Customs delays.

 

PACKAGING
All of our jewelry is created by both of us, wrapped in a yellow and blue tissue paper placed in a Kraft color jewelry box with non-tarnish jeweler’s fiber, with our business card and fun stickers on the box. Box is paper recycled content 100% and post-consumer content 30%. The box is placed in a bubble mailer/padded envelope for protection. If you are purchasing a gift and would like a personal message included, please email us and we would be happy to do that for you.

HANDMADE ITEMS---PLEASE NOTE
All pieces are created by both of us and are handcrafted. Please remember that this means that no two items are identical. We take great care and pride in every piece we make and each piece is a unique work of art. There will be color, pattern, and size variations between pieces of the same design. That’s why your piece by Tilted Artist is one IN a million and not one OF a million. Artistic variances are expected and accepted on handmade items.

 

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY POLICY
Please be advised that these jewelry designs and photos of these designs are the intellectual property of Tilted Artist and may not be reproduced or distributed in any capacity without permission from the artists.

Please note that leaving neutral or negative feedback before communicating with a seller is poor etiquette. So please, before giving an unsatisfied feedback, contact us first, so that we can help with any issues you may have with your order. We want you to be happy with your purchase and for your shopping experience to be a positive one.

 

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q: Can I wear the jewelry all the time, swimming, showering, etc.?
A: Please note that these items are not meant to be exposed to direct contact with water, perfume, hairspray or other harsh chemicals. Exposure to above elements will result in wearing off of the protective clear coat that is applied to each piece. Please remove jewelry before showering, swimming and bedtime.

Q: Do you do custom orders?
A: At this time, we do not do custom orders.

Q: Do your prices include taxes?
A: No. You will be responsible for any associated sales tax, import and handling taxes that are levied by your government or postal service.

 

Information Collection, Use, and Sharing:
We only have access to use/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone. We will use your information to respond to you regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party unless it’s necessary to ship your order.
To buy from us, you must provide contact information (i.e. name and shipping address). This information is used by us to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you.
If you feel that we are not abiding by this privacy policy, you should contact us immediately via email.
To complete a purchase, you will need to provide financial information to companies like Square or PayPal (like credit card number, expiration date). This information is used by those companies for billing purposes. As sellers, we do not have access to your financial information.
